Amatori Tourism Limited (ATL) is the Asset Management division of the Department of Discovery Limited

ATL is able to provide all management services of your or any cultural tourism business or trust. Headed up by Glenn Ormsby and with a unique and very well researched methodology we are able to manage a tourism business so that it is able to deliver on the economic and cultural goals.

Our role often depends on what type of experience is involved but in general we:

• Optimize experience use and manage all operations, marketing, financial and maintenance efforts involved by making experiences as accurate, reliable, and efficient as possible.
• Reducing the demand of duplications and thus save money by using demand management techniques and maintaining a global database of tourism contacts
• Use a form of experience tracking: knowing where the visitor is at all times, how much the experience is worth, and how much the business will cost you to begin with. We also incorporate this throughout the entire cycle of the visitor experience.
• Always try to achieve greater value for money through evaluating the experience options: the cost of maintaining, producing new experiences, etc.
• Provide a robust report regulary on the value of the business, along with our VISTOUR - custom designed experience measuring program.
• Operate to a management ethos of "Second half strategies"
