TNZ Market Research
We were contracted to work for Tourism New Zealand specifically focussing on identifying the needs and expectations of tourists visiting New Zealand from China, Singapore, Malaysia and India. The project involved consumer interviews with travellers who have visited New Zealand and interviews with key operators in those markets and in New Zealand to:
- investigate whether New Zealand's current product offerings meet consumer market demand and expectations and,
- identify those sectors or products that require further development or refinement in order to ensure high visitor satisfaction
